Make code more configurable and add documentation how to run locally #50

I have run the code locally on my macOS Sonoma, 14.0 (23A344)) and go version 1.20.9 from Visual Studio Code to get sense about code base and be able to test local changes before contributing into upstream. This changes are not breaking changes and just simplify a local setup for a project
