Refactor into Streams #10

Aggregate -> Stream
Change the directory structure
- Get rid of pkg
- Rename scripts and example to dev and _examples to match watermill's repository
- Add a separate go.mod for the example
Add stream.ApplyAll to simplify FromEvents implementation.
Rename Apply to ApplyTo
