As a publisher of 360 giving data I want to easily find identifiers for organisations in my data so that I can meet the 360 giving standard? or so that I can draw in data from other sources to expand how the data can be used

This part of the user story - "that I can draw in data from other sources to expand how the data can be used" is for someone who analyses the data, no?

I think so. There's a specific case around the publisher using the data themselves that I think is useful to highlight, but I think that's probably covered in "data analyst"
