User story: New identifiers #6

As a user of 360 giving data I want to know the latest identifier for an organisation when it changes So that I can analyse organisations even if they change registration

Yes, I think it's probably more about knowing that, for example, a charity has re-registered under a new charity number. But there's also something about organisations that previously had not been registered that now are. For example in the Big Lottery Fund data there are some big grants to organisations without identifiers that have now registered.

Is working the other way in scope for this as well? ie, if you have the latest ID, seeing what other IDs its used in the past?

@robredpath - yes, definitely. Ideally it would indicate all the possible identifiers (and some way of distinguishing between them) and user could choose most appropriate.
