User story: converting identifiers #8

As a data analyst using 360 giving data I want to be able to convert between organisation identifiers where an organisation has multiple identifiers So that I can use the identifier that's most appropriate for my use case

For example: I'm particularly interested in looking at company directors of charities, so I want to be able to convert from charity number to company number.

In the specific case of company numbers and charity numbers, it'd be great to see this provided by publishers. Is there a plan here to provide this tool to them and encourage them to use it?

To be fair, the charity commission can already do this to charity and company numbers (see it in this example - http://beta.charitycommission.gov.uk/charity-details/?regid=1164883&subid=0), but we need it convert also from different charity commissions (a charity that is registered in Scotland and England for example)
