Include index of multiple deprivation chart #41

Just an idea that someone mentioned after looking at the site - we could use the postcode data to show how deprived the areas are that the charities receiving grants are based in.

I've just realised we actually already have this implemented - but it's not working: https://github.com/ThreeSixtyGiving/Insights/blob/a7ad32913741b452ae7bf7d1de58cceb36bcca38/charts.py#L297-L344 - I'll take a look into why

I see. I prefer not to implement it for now, not all foundations donate according to IMD, and we are giving this a solution (even though it's easier to implement here).
