Sort of regions in the regions chart #58

How to we sort the regions? It doesn't look like any particular order. Can we do it from North to South?

I've changed this so that it's sorted from most to least grants, with unknown at the end.

Rachel wanted it more with a geographical logic (like North to South), but I guess that would be hard to do, no?
