Consistency in y axis labels - use of K or thousands in values. #62

The amount awarded labels are in both 2000 or 10K, we need to be consistent in that and choose one method, probably K.

I disagree with this! The labels aren't consistent with each other, but they fit with how people talk about these bands (or at least how I do) - for smaller amounts the actual money looks better IMO. Where the boundary switch should be is a question.

Controversial issue! Style guides vary. My preference is for both consistency and legibility. I think using K all the way from £1K meets these criteria best in this context.
