BIG - Org ID formatting #19

For charities and company numbers format the Recipient Org: Identifier according to : http://www.threesixtygiving.org/standard/identifiers/#toc-organisation-identifier

NB: we discussed giving priority to charity numbers, as this in turn is in line with other publishers. I've raised this here: https://github.com/ThreeSixtyGiving/standard/issues/137

GB-COH for Companies House GB-CHC - for England/Wales Charity Commission GB-SC for Scottish Charities GB-NIC for Northern Ireland charities

The prefixes listed above should end with a dash, i.e

So 360Giving would be GB-COH-9668396
