"Bad Getaway" error is being converted to json #5

Relates to Plan.io ticket 26913.

daily_status.json only had information of the first 29 publishers. Last publisher being Dundee City Council.

aggregates.py was breaking because Dundee's json had "Bad Getaway" in it.
