DEBUG appears to be enabled whilst the data is loading on the Live datastore, this is fine for testing as we want to know how something might break the loader but In live a broken file causes an exception that will cause the data run to fail.
The DEBUG exception handling was added in the org pages work and now removed at https://github.com/ThreeSixtyGiving/datastore/commit/8ba70f322cbfe90cb52dd08433297c9dffa84b7d until we can address this issue.
