API: Add New Domain #197

For future compatibility of the API, add api.threesixtygiving.org as a secondary domain to the datastore, with the intent of being used by the API.

It sort of works https://api.threesixtygiving.org/api/v1/

Next step: see if merging https://github.com/ThreeSixtyGiving/datastore/pull/199 makes it work as it should.
