Set up a redirect/reverse proxy to status.json from a "nice url" #12

e.g. http://data.threesixtygiving.org/status.json -> https://storage.googleapis.com/datagetter-360giving-output/branch/master/status.json

This allows us keep the same public API url, but change out the backend.
