Datagetter doesn't convert Meta tab correctly #23

I'll fix this shortly.

@KDuerden This is currently causing the Northern Rock data to appear invalid. This is my fault not theirs.

flatten-tool requires special arguments to handle Meta tab, so I just need to pass those.
