Flag possible duplicates #833

Could we display possible duplicates on the Recipient Org? E.g. there are 5 exact matches for Royal Shakespeare Company

This would be really good to include in the coming release but is lower priority than e.g. opening recipients together, so I'm not tagging as pre-requisite for live.

Is there a Github issue for this @robredpath ? If not maybe we need to take a bit of time now this is live to document some of the nice-to-haves we discussed over the last however many months

ETA: Not obvious from the name but the issue for it was #834 which is already linked
