Describe the solution you'd like Add "Latest income of charity recipients" chart to Widgets

This chart is currently available in Insights, but not for All Data, so this may require fixing https://github.com/ThreeSixtyGiving/360insights/issues/158
Users should be able to select this in the "View" picker in the widget builder
This should be displayed in the Widget for any selection made in the Widget builder

Note: requires adding:

additional_data: recipientOrgInfos: latestIncome as a key field in the es index
Banding definitions
Horizontal bar graph
New aggregate/bucket query on the es index
