Add gdoc sample data #6

We have - for example - a sample file in gdocs: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1spDaUIEQisN32F7UaeT8DS3VkmaKS1GkDjJz0gyZxYc/edit#gid=537679260

This can be pushed through CoVE via

We should decide how we include this data file in this repo - would that be a link in the README @kindly @Bjwebb (as it wouldn't really work to "host" the file here...
