Broken download link

On the Community Foundations page, the link to download guidance does not work.

What's the cause of the broken link and how can I fix it? Do I need to re-upload the guidance or is it stored somewhere still?

@mrshll1001 Apologies for a slightly silly question - I'm not as competent as Katherine at amending the guidance site - could you have a quick look at this one? I assume it's a relatively simple fix. I can provide a fresh version of the linked PDF if needed.
