Wiki needs a small update - gecklib render layer #120

Wiki says transition_tick_time isn't needed in the animation part of the render layer, but it quite literally is needed, or it doesn't work, I learned this the hard way

TL:DR wiki spreading misinformation about geckolib animation

I would make a pull request and fix this, but I'm not sure GitHub allows pull requests on wiki's
