activation type ability condition bug #93

When an an activation ability that uses enabling conditons is pressed while its conditons are not met for example can only be used on ground if used in the air it wont activate but when you touch the ground within the activation ticks of the ability it will activate by itself i assume this is partly caused by abilities going on cooldown when pressed even if they dont activate

I dont think I have the mental capacities to fully understand the issue, can you make a video out of it?
