'Simple Record' option malfunction #112

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Toggle off simple records
2.
3.

What is the expected output?
To see fully formatted records for LAND, NAVM and NAVI

What do you see instead?
fully formatted records for NAVM and NAVI - in fact I never see simple records 
for these two.
I see simple records for LAND regardless of the option setting for both FO3Edit 
and FNVEdit

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.28, Vista x64
