Exception when copying NAVM record #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Copy as override NAVM [000027DE6] in skyrim.esm
2.
3.

What is the expected output?
a new copy

What do you see instead?
an exception

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.32 r1575

Please provide any additional information below.

It points to a recursivity issue, I cannot even see how many time wbMHDTDecider 
has ended up calling itsef. :)
