Enhancement of script compare #57

Scripts play an ever increasing role in mods. Currently the script comparison 
in FO3edit leaves a lot to be desired.

At this time scripts are displayed in different tabs. A highlighted side by 
side compare function like in WinMerge, BeyondCompare or UltraCompare would be 
a vast improvement.

Implementing this is obviously a major task.

Adding a copy to clipboard button to each tab would also improve the situation 
a lot.
With it copying scripts into the code compare tool of choice would be faster 
and also less error prone. 

Further information:
Implementing side by side code comparison for scripts is obviously something 
that won't happen any time soon but the clipboard button would go a long way. =)

Added a "compare" button and an option to configure any external comparison 
tool to be used when it is clicked. I recommend Beyond Compare.
