It seems like one has cropped up again?

It seems to be constellation#1644, which is 'Heather' (a tyrian). I'm not clear why this would have occurred. She still seems to be missing.

It also seems to have occurred with constellation#753, which is 'Maya Matis'. This is likely because I accidentally used her account for Maya Matthews and then fixed it the next day. Ensure that if authors are removed from all replies for a thread that they're removed from the overall chapter.
