Has been done in the EPUB output in 1cbf631950278a007132e8e4b103f448c692c52a! Would be relatively infeasible to do in the Rails output unless you generate all the Post objects first and then enumerate the others and hope they work, or keep track of the replies with a links and return to them at the end? Possible, but not great.
