Change python to python3 -m when running python scripts in repro_script.sh. This command enables a cmd to run the python module as a script.
Originally, once some arms are tied with the arm with the least impurity reduction, they aren't considered as candidates for best arm till the last round. But now, tied arms aren't considered just for each round.
