Fix metadata editor with multiple contact roles (upgrade to 4.2.4) #23

Due to an urgent bug in the contact roles metadata editor (https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/issues/12170) we need to upgrade our branch to incorporate soon-to-be-merged PR https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/pull/12191 / edit closed in favor for new proper named https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/pull/12207

This will be included in release 4.2.4

upgrade was locally done and is currently tested by @vineetasharma105
