Port metadata upload to v4.3.x #37

As of https://github.com/Thuenen-GeoNode-Development/thuenen_atlas/issues/30#issuecomment-2293174900

Uploading metadata has been removed from GeoNode since v4.3.x. The geonode-importer now handles XML file upload. Changes from https://github.com/Thuenen-GeoNode-Development/Sprints/issues/7 would have to be adjusted there accordingly.
