Knocked out the notifications button in https://github.com/ThumbWorks/sf-ios/pull/91 as it was being setup within the search bar. 🤦‍♂

This adds it back and makes the different states uniform. Also adds padding around the icon.

Icon also doesn't vanish as action sheet is displayed.

I don’t get how zadr was seeing it. He must not have been on our build.

Thanks for catching it. I don’t see how your other PR broke the button
