refactor(workflows): automatic builds + tapes + releases + tests

This PR is oriented to make a better github workflow by compiling directly tapes of the README.md and auto releases with nightly versions and production versions.

The goal to this PR is to make a more automatic and less buggy tool.

• [x] Tapes generated <---- I don't see why or how it could be good
• [x] Auto releases:

  • [x] Production
• [x] Tests <---- I'll do it in an other branch
