Chests too OP #19

Players get diamond armor and weapons way too easily. Is there a way to configure chests so they don't give out so much diamond stuff? I have tried to configure the chest.yml file but it hasn't really made a difference to the chests. How do the levels work?

Just keep changing the probability of it spawning until you're happy with the spawn rates

It might be helpful to provide multiple example chests.yaml files - a basic one and a more OP one. Also if #24 is done, then it will be much easier to read and customise the chests.yaml
