Auto join
- Add autojoin command
- Improved auto join algorithm
- added a command to test new auto join algorithm
- Added a config option to switch between autoJoin and randomJoin
Update maven shadeplugin and bstats
fix travis

Also tested the plugin on 1.15.1 which worked without modification, so previous plugin versions are probably compatible too.
