[x] We need cron jobs to check who hath upcoming expire point in certain period (1 month) - and wrote queue
[x] We need function to check recommended item for customer that going to expire
[x] We need cron commands to run queue jobs every hour
[x] We need commands to send reminder upcoming expire point + recommended items to spend customer point (point usage plan)
