Cloning Device disabling View Bobbing #295

Issue :

Cloning Device (pokecube_adventures:cloner) is disabling the "View Bobbing" option when you enter inside a radius of 2 blocks range from the Cloning Device.

When you are leaving this radius, the "View Bobbing" option isn't reactivated.
