[Bug] Attacks cooldown doesn't move on the HUD #327

Issue Description:

Minor bug wich make it impossible to see how many time is remaining before using another move.

What happens:

When using a move, the cooldown doesn't move. The move is still used, so this is a cosmetic only bug.

What you expected to happen:

The cooldown show how many time left before using another move.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Use a move 2.The cooldown on the HUD doesn't move

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in, if using AIO, list that instead.
