A keybind to open the Pokemon Inventory without having to goof around with Sneak+Right Click, and a party HUD to allow me to take a posse of pokemon with me to raid caves. (And so I can tell another mon to use a different move without going trainer mode)
Also, being able to use the sit animation, for roleplaying purposes.
