[1.10.2] Elevator drop blocks if captured #3

Ok this ones weird...basically if you use something like a soul vial from EnderIO which can capture entities, and capture the elevator, it drops all of the blocks that make up the elevator while also capturing it. If you release it, it still has all of the blocks so you can capture it and release it endlessly to duplicate whatever materials it's made of. Honestly not sure why this was the first thing ppl thought to do with my cool new elevator...

hmm, does enderIO have a blacklist for the soul vial?

I can try to find a way to fix this, not sure if I can though.

It has a blacklist in configs, I will see if I can get something hacky done to auto-add the elevators to it however. I will also see about making it only drop if killed by the normal removal method.
