[Suggestion] Speed Control Block #97

Adding an in-game option to control the speed of each individual elevator would be pretty cool. This could also be a part of the OpenComputers API

I can definitely consider this, I have been thinking of ways of re-purposing some of the blocks, and this might be a good idea, for non-OC support I can probably have a redstone signal control for speeding up/slowing down, and for OC support I can make a method that sets speed.

This would be fantastic as i have a ~80 block high tower that i use an elevator in but it takes a long time to travel from top to bottom. Debating replacing with RFTools or even the openblocks elevators, even if just for functional use, leaving the main elevator as purely aesthetic :/
