First draft of SLAM.

What it missies before V1:

Handling custom dataset, not only libryspeech and WizardLM_evol_instruct_70k
Handling others LLMs, not only phi-2
Handling others speech encoder, not only facebook/hubert-large-ls960-ft
Generally improve the documentation (presention of project, usage, config file and CLI)
