Merge and release time, I guess.

Alright. I'll merge to master, upgrade to DBX, and make sure everything's copacetic.

Okay, it's working on my system. It's doing a strange thing, though. It is restricting itself to some arbitrary size and showing arrows even though there is only an expanding separator below it on my vertical panel. The arrows are a nice touch for sure; it's sure to be helpful on cramped screens. But it used to just expand size as necessary, and didn't worry about anything else on the panel with it. If I tell the plugin to expand, then the arrows never appear because of course it has room. So I'll probably just leave it like that. It's certainly in a releasable state, and we definitely need to get this out asap. Thank you very much for your help in updating this plugin! :)

Is there some sort of maximum items option or something like that which I can expose to the panel plugin, and make it user configurable?
