Add/Edit some info to the wiki #105

I'd like to add/update some info on CLI and Build pages. It has to be with the GPGPUmodel flag and compiling with gcc11

How can I make the contribution? Do I need to be added as contributor for the wiki? (sorry, I've never worked with GH wikis before, just normal repos).

Unfortunately, GitHub does not support creating PR for wikis, so you can provide me with the parts that need to be modified or added, and I will merge them manually. I will identify your name in README and Wiki.
