Program unable to add event despite following format #2

Despite following the command formatting: add/e Mod_Code TASK_DESCRIPTION /at DATE(xx/xx/xxxx or week x day) /from TIME /to TIME as specified on the UG adding task/DG manual testing page, program does not recognise the following command:

add/e UTW2001X Paper 3 cosult /at week 13 fri /from 1200 /to 1400

Possible reason: unable to add more than 7 modules?
