• [x] Faced 401 Unauthorized error in the central registry
• [x] Connected with sanjay and given quick introduction about central registry

1.Checked the code whether actuator dependencies is present or not. 2.Commented the authentication process in central registry code and tried with API's endpoints and all the central registry API's endpoints are worked and code is running fine. 3.Checked with central registry health API that is worked.
