Verify members in all servers instead of one #79

At the moment if a user is in multiple Freud-enabled servers and they verify themselves in one of them, they will only get the verified role in that server. They should get it in all servers.

TODO: users might not be a member of every Freud enabled server, add a check for this to avoid NoneType errors
