Emergency Repair Personnel (No. 42 in Assets) doesn't have a separate item_character asset, causing issues with assets library. This file 404's, making you unable to click through the different sprites of this equipment by just clicking on the image area. Uploading a 390x390 transparent image should fix that issue. Because of this, item_up and item_on are exactly the same since there's no fairy layer. This might look a bit odd while browsing through assets gallery.
