Description Ships lose 1 XP when sunk in PvP

Reproducing Steps to reproduce the behavior: (if applicable, otherwise remove this section)

  1. Sortie a taiha'd ship to pvp exercises
  2. If she "sinks" during battle, she will lose 1 XP.
