"12.7cm D Kai 2" gives +2 extra torpedo when combined with LoS radar on Akigumo k2/Yuugumo-class k2's #42

Description Since Akigumo Kai Ni update, the "12.7cm Twin Gun Mount Model D Kai 2" has been giving +2 extra torpedo when combined with a LoS radar to all Yuugumo-class k2's which it didn't do before. This is due to a mistake in the check.

Reproducing Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Equip Akigumo k2 or Yuugumo-class k2 with a 12.7cm D k2 and a LoS radar
  2. Expect +4 torpedo when equipping LoS radar, get +6

i was misunderstanding it, got a non-existent bracket pair, thought the extra +2 tp should be given to Okinami K2 and Akigumo K2... but checking with other Yuugumo-class ships, it indeed given to all by server-side, so the important point is comparing with server-side's bonus value, to confirm what is the expected behavior.
