Abyssal radars don't show up in cut-ins. #43

Description Radars do not show up in cutin animations for abyssals. Player radar cutins use the fairy version of assets (item_on), abyssal cutins have replacements for item_up (not item_on), so if no item_on exists for said abyssal equip, it won't show up in-game.

Reproducing Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Fall 2020 event E4W
  2. Night battle against boss
  3. See boss CI not showing radar

Potential fix Do not use item_on for abyssal radars.

Has been fixed as of 2021-01-13 (end of event maint) 11-28-40
