Log basket - Depositing logs into bank thinks logs are added to basket #146

Describe how the bug happened

  1. Open Bank
  2. Click "Empty Open log basket" while it has logs in it & click deposit all on logs in inventory on the same tick
  3. The logs deposited from the inventory will be added to the log basket counter despite them going into the bank not the basket

Expected behavior

While in the bank, there is no way to add logs to the log basket, only remove. So the number of logs stored in the log basket should never increase while in a bank interface.
