I misspoke in the original post, the Explorer's Ring 3 has a maximum of 4 Run Energy Restore charges, not 5. The issue is still the same though. Even after daily reset the ring will tell me I have 3 charges remaining until I use the first charge at which point it accurately reflects I have 3/4 charges remaining.
The other day I finished some achievement diaries to get the Ardougne Cloak 3 and Explorer's Ring 3. The only issue is the Improved Item Charges plugin has a couple bugs with both the items. For the Ardougne Cloak it automatically resets my daily Farm teleport charge value to show 3 and does not reflect the correct values until I use it for the first time that day. The Explorer's Ring 3 is having the same issue but with the Run Energy Restore charges. Both items will show "3" until I use the first charge of each day then they will go to 4, then 3 and so on until they are out of charges.
What should occur is on daily Reset I believe I should see a "5" for Ardougne Cloak 3 Farm Teleport charges and for the Explorer's Ring 3 I should see 30/5. 30 indicating Alchemy charges, no issues there. As well as the 5 which should reflect Run Restore charges on Daily Reset.
